As Production Coordinator, Mandy Atha handles all administrative responsibilities of MilitaryResumes.com, a fast-growing business under the Bradley-Morris, Inc. umbrella of military-focused businesses. Mandy Atha is also the National Office Manager Trainer for Bradley-Morris, Inc., supporting 4 offices from Atlanta, GA to San Diego, CA. In addition to handling the office manager responsibilities for the Norfolk Office, she manages the local administration of 10 monthly Hiring Conferences and seven Sales Hiring Conferences, off-site in Charlotte, NC throughout the year. As the focal point for most questions regarding candidates, clients or any office system, she has provided a high level of support and expertise that is constantly recognized by her superiors and colleagues alike. Her high energy level, corporate knowledge and unrivaled expertise have allowed her to be depended upon to always get the job done. Don joined BMI in 2000 and has served as the IT Manager in charge of all software development. He has been responsible for developing and enhancing BMI’s Recruiterware ™ application, which is vital to all day to day functions of each employee at BMI. Additionally, Don brought BMI into the internet age by developing several key internet-based applications that complement Recruiterware ™. In 1998, he founded Tennis Captain Software, which produces the market leading league tennis management software, Tennis-Captain. Don is a former consultant, with 18 years of experience developing client-server, intranet and internet applications on Microsoft and IBM platforms. Don earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science in 1989 from Louisiana State University. He also holds Microsoft Certifications for application development.
