We are affiliated with the two major employment services organizations, the Professional Association of Resume Writers and Career Coaches, and Career Directors International. The PARW/CC was started in 1990 and their Certified Professional resume Writer program is recognized as the standard of excellence within the resume and career industry. They offer a wide range of certification programs to recognize above average proficiency in key employment services areas. We have a CPRW on staff to ensure that all resumes exemplify our high quality standards. CDI has been in existence since 2000 and has an extensive international presence. They offer certification programs in the federal sector to recognize the special knowledge required to navigate the federal hiring system. We have a Certified Federal Resume Writer on staff to oversee our federal resume and job search program. Having completed this rigorous certification program which includes understanding the federal hiring process, their expertise in military-to-civilian recruiting is proving to be quite valuable as the federal government is slowly adopting private sector sourcing methods. In addition, we are a subsidiary of Bradley-Morris, Inc., the largest exclusive military recruiting firm in the country and recognized as the leader in placing military veterans in the private sector. The expertise offered by the various BMI managers has provided invaluable insight into how to best address the needs of transitioning military personnel. With a 15+ year track record of placing military veterans in the private sector, their support and knowledge is a key ingredient in the success of our business.
